1. Services Overview

Biltmore Luxury Appliance Repair provides professional appliance repair services for luxury and high-end appliances in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household appliances.

2. Independent Service Provider

Important: We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

We are not factory authorized service providers. We are independent technicians specializing in luxury appliance repair using high-quality compatible parts and manufacturer-specification components.

3. Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our online booking system. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, but appointments are subject to technician availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Access Requirements

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. Our technicians reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or if access is inadequate.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service Call Fee

A service call fee applies to all appointments and covers the technician's travel time and initial diagnosis. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking.

Estimates and Approval

After diagnosing your appliance, our technician will provide a detailed estimate for the repair. Work will only proceed after you approve the estimate. If you decline the repair, only the service call fee applies.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before service begins.

5. Parts and Warranty

Parts

We use factory-specification parts, OEM-compatible components, and genuine replacement parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your appliances.

Warranty Coverage

All repairs are backed by our warranty: 90-day warranty on labor and 1-year warranty on parts (where applicable). The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts failure under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Problems unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage from power surges, floods, or other external causes
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Repairs performed by others after our service

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biltmore Luxury Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that become apparent only after service is performed. Some appliances, especially older units, may have multiple issues that cannot all be identified during initial diagnosis.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your appliance and the issues you're experiencing
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service appointment
  • Secure pets and clear the area around the appliance before our arrival
  • Make timely payment for services rendered

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Biltmore Luxury Appliance Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Use automated systems to access or scrape our content

10. Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
